Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sayp Infotech, we strive to deliver high-quality software, web development, and digital solutions. Because our services are custom-tailored to each client's specific business requirements, we maintain a clear policy regarding project cancellations and refunds.

1. Project Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel a project at any stage of development. The cancellation terms depend on the progress of the project:

  • Before Commencement: If a cancellation request is received before any work has commenced, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, minus a 10% administrative and processing fee.
  • In Progress: If work has already started, the project can be canceled, but the client will be billed for the hours logged or milestones completed up to the date of the cancellation request. Any remaining advance payment will be refunded.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the customized nature of software development, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
  • Custom Deliverables: Completed custom source code, website designs, and UI/UX assets delivered to the client are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any fees paid to third-party services (such as domain registrations, web hosting, APIs, SSL certificates, or theme licenses) purchased on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.

3. Support & Maintenance Subscriptions

For ongoing support, maintenance, or SaaS subscription packages:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by providing a 30-day written notice.
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused support hours in a billing cycle.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment source or via bank transfer, depending on the client's preference and gateway terms.
